David Milliband, the UK Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, had set-up an experimental policy formation wiki site, but this has swiftly been locked to prevent vandalism following a spate of not so politically correct messages having been left by the public - not quite the big conversation he had been hoping for. The Times Online reported a Defra spokeswoman saying. “It’s unfortunate that these things do happen.
